United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cincinnati

UCP provides support to adults with disabilities, giving them the opportunity to increase their independence in all aspects of life. The offered support is coordinated based on individualized needs and interests.

Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (BVR) and Bureau of Services for the Visually Impaired (BSVI)
School to work transition services
Career services
County Boards of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (Hamilton County and Butler County MR/DD)

Educational Coordination:
College financial assistance programs (BVR/BSVI, Plan for Achieving Self Support (PASS)

Financial Coordination:
Applying for Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and/or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), food stamps
Payee providers

Health Coordination:
Locate doctors/dentists
Applying for Medicare/Medicaid
Mental health services
Counseling services
Support groups

Recreational Coordination :
Community involvement opportunities

Peer/ mentor opportunities

Transportation Coordination:
Accessible transit service agencies
