Life without limits for people with disabilities.

United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cincinnati
After 47 years in our current facility at 3601 Victory Parkway, United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cincinnati is on the MOVE! We have purchased the former Holy Trinity School and Parish Center located in Norwood, just one block off Montgomery Road. Only two miles from our current home, its 28,000 square feet will provide clients and staff much needed space inside and outside on 4.5 acres.

Our building has served us well for almost 50 years, but no longer works for 21st century services and accessibility. The new site will allow us to expand and enhance services, but most importantly, it will ensure that the people we serve have the support, access and tools they need to live their lives to the fullest.

The site includes an 8,000 square foot gymnasium that will provide outstanding space for those we serve to exercise and participate in recreational activities. The gym provides a unique opportunity for program expansion and community partnering. The gym will be available for rent after hours to sports teams for games and practice or to organizations for meetings or other gatherings. The gym rental will be a steady source of income to offset operating costs. The gym space will also allow the development of social enterprises to support and employ people with disabilities.

Plans are underway to launch a comprehensive fundraising campaign to augment existing funds to renovate the Parish Center. Unfortunately, the former school building, built in 1921, has been demolished because it would have been cost prohibitive to renovate and make accessible for people with disabilities. Negotiations are also ongoing with a potential buyer of our current facility.

LIFE CHANGING MOVE

Moving to a larger facility will be life changing...
...for the people with disabilities we serve.
...for the agency allowing for the expansion of services diversifying revenue streams.
... for the people who help make the move possible.

The front entrance will have a covered drop-off area for participants.
Our new location will support the dignity of all individuals while advancing their education, employment and everyday living skills.
The garden area on the west side of the building will provide a safe outdoor area away from the parking and traffic.
