2010 UCP Golf Tournament Registration

Each Playing Entry Includes: Lunch and Cocktails & Dinner; Full Day of Golf with a cart at Elks Run Golf Club (an 18-hole golf course, Batavia, Ohio), and refreshments on the course. Prizes awarded to top three teams.

Format: Four person schamble. Maximum handicap is 25
Registration & Lunch: 11:30 A.M.
Tee Times: 1:00 P.M. Shotgun Start
Dinner & Awards: 5:30 P.M.

Single Entry: $150
Foursome: $600
Hole Sponsorship (company name on placards on golf course): $500
